Workshop With Life Architect - Starting September 16th
I’m delighted to be taking part as a teacher in this three-month online training program from Life Architect: Integrating Somatic Techniques in Therapy.
I will be joining ten other renowned teachers in the field, including Bessel van der Kolk, Deb Dana, and Peter Levine for this unique, educational, and empowering opportunity.
I’d love to have you join me on this journey!
During these three months, you will:
-Learn core concepts of somatic therapy, gain effective somatic tools, and integrate them into your practice.
-Gain confidence in using somatic techniques both online and in person, and help your clients reconnect mind and body in a safe, embodied way.
-Connect with like-minded mental health professionals in a supportive space for practice, reflection, and shared experience.

Book outlining the fundamentals of Somatic Transformation
Sharon’s book provides psychotherapists and other helping professionals with a new body-based clinical model for the treatment of trauma. This model synthesizes emerging neurobiological and attachment research with somatic, embodied healing practices.
Tested with hundreds of practitioners in courses for more than a decade, the principles and practices presented here empower helping professionals to effectively treat people with trauma while experiencing a sense of mutuality and personal growth themselves.
